Killa Villa is a creative community with a shared passion for classic soccer shirts and 90’s hip-hop. The Inter-Galacticos jersey was inspired by the Beastie Boys song ‘Intergalactic’ and the equally iconic Real Madrid kit worn by such luminaries as Luis Figo, Ronaldo, Zidane, Roberto Carlos and David Beckham during the early 2000s.
Some of you may remember me heralding this collaboration back in 2018. Well, as the lyrics rightly suggest…. “You stick around I’ll make it worth your while”.
Having already crossed paths with Killa Villa’s Scott McRoy as part of the Champions Draw project, and later via his own homage to Pro Evolution Soccer aka Club 99, I knew I was in safe hands… we just needed to get the timing right.
Fast forward to 2021 and the execution was as slick as I’ve come to expect from Scott over the years.

Galactico is the Spanish word for ‘galactic’ and it is used to describe superstars or boast ability levels that are ‘out of this world’.
The Inter-Galacticos ‘Another Dimension’ jerseys are inspired by The Beastie Boys song ‘Intergalactic’ and the iconic Real Madrid jersey worn by the ‘Galacticos’ team during the early 2000s.
